Quality

With the support of our specialist partner, we test every production run for the bare minimum of:

  • 100% continuity checks
  • 100% short-circuit testing
  • 100% resistance checks
  • batch test of VSWR and insertion loss

We are also able to conduct performance tests of our custom RF cable assemblies to your exact specifications. To do this, we use a range of network analysers capable of testing the full frequency range from 300 kHz to 110 GHz. Full test reports can be provided as required.
