Internal Sales Coordinator

Overview

Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced, proactive and effective Internal Sales Coordinator to support the field based Sales Team, acting as liaison between sales and customer where appropriate and driving a culture of collaboration with all GTK departments to achieve the company objectives of sales growth and quality service.

Reporting to: Internal Sales Manager

Location: Aylesbury, UK

Responsibilities and duties

Elements of the role will include:

  • Managing and coordinating customers order requests in line with company policy
  • Ensure customer price lists are updated as required and work with appropriate departments to ensure profitability
  • Review and understand customer stock agreements to manage stock levels and usages and follow all actions to conclusion
  • Creating and reviewing sales reports
  • Preparing quotes for customers
  • Creating and reviewing sales reports
  • Dealing with customer complaints and coordinating a timely response following the relevant company procedures
  • Keeping customers updated with relevant company and product information
  • Undertake specific projects that will help the company improve its performance and profitability
  • Contribute positively to company morale

Skills and qualifications

Successful candidate will have:

  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques
  • Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective time management to meet tight deadlines
