Day to day stock purchasing for GTK’s RO facility – Assist/Cover for GTK’s UK facility

  • Raising orders
  • Admin and progression of orders
  • Sourcing of components
  • Setting up new supplier accounts
  • Review of existing supplier accounts

Handling faulty goods to efficiently return or replace them by liaising with suppliers to GTK’s RO facility – Assist/Cover for GTK’s UK facility

  • Raising NCMs (non-conforming material reports; Access database)
  • Admin and progression of NCM
  • Raising debit notes, arranging return of goods to suppliers
  • Raising replacement orders

Work with our Engineering team to cost new and existing enquiries 

  • Locate sources for new and existing components
  • Update costings for production jobs (Excel document)

Other company-wide responsibilities:

  • Contribute positively to company morale
  • Comply with company procedures
  • Remain familiar with the employment booklet 

 

Personal Requirements

Successful candidates will:

  • Be fluent in English & Romanian 
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be highly organised
  • Have confidence with PCs
  • Have good communication and numeracy skills 
  • Be able to travel (visits to GTK’s Romania facility)
  • Be able to work with many different departments 

 

Desirable

Additional useful skills include:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience of stock control
  • Experience using an ERP or MRP system
  • Existing relationships with UK/EU supply chain
