GTK Statement of Policy for Quality
 

GTK (UK) Ltd distributes a wide range of connectors, cable assemblies and related products. These are primarily used in electronic applications.

The Company operates a distribution and warehouse service which is based in Bracknell. It also provides technical support for engineers looking for design solutions.

To ensure that the technical and distribution services are of the highest standard, the Company has established Quality Management Procedures. These ensure that the requirements of the customers are met in full, ensuring that quality objectives are addressed in terms of product conformity and delivery schedules.

The Sales and Marketing Team ensures that aspects of the Customer’s current and future requirements are reviewed and enhanced, by improving the range, and specification, of the products, together with the service to Customers.

To assist in achieving this, GTK (UK) Ltd been Registered by National Quality Assurance to the Quality Management System BS EN ISO 9001:1994 since 1998, and has now revised the Quality Systems to meet the requirements of:-

BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000

The Company’s products and services and its Quality Management System are reviewed, updated and improved where necessary at regular Management Review Meetings and records of the reviews are maintained.

GTK (UK) Ltd is totally committed to the full and effective working of the Quality Management System, and everyone in the Company is responsible for applying the requirements of the system to all the work they do.
