| GTK
has introduced a new low-cost range of RJ standard PCB
connectors for use in modems, network equipment, automotive
and medical systems, and remotely programmed electronic
systems such as arcade games machines. Also added to the
company's RJ range are range patch leads conforming to
the CAT 5E (Enhanced Category 5) specification, designed
to meet the needs of high-bandwidth Gigabit Ethernet networks. |

Manufactured
to conform to FCC requirements, GTK's RJ range includes
RJ-11, -12, -45 and -48 standard connectors, designed
to mate with standard telephone connectors with four-,
six-, eight- and ten-way pin configurations. The GTK RJ
range is estimated to offer cost savings of around 30%
over other comparable products.
Pin mounting or SMT options are available for all PCB
connectors. As well as single outlets, standard single-stacked
or double-stacked 'harmonica jacks' and customised multistack
modules can be supplied for applications such as multiport
LAN servers, modems, hubs and routers.
Both PCB connectors and patch leads can be supplied with
or without electromagnetic shielding. PC99 standard or
other colour coding is also available. |
