Short for Thin Film Transistor, a type of LCD flat panel display screen, in which each pixel is controlled by between one and four transistors.

As well as being readable in sunlight many of the panels in our range have a wide operating temperature which makes them suitable for applications such as outdoor kiosks, instrumentation and navigation equipment.
