  1. Initial BOM and design specifications received from the customer.
  2. Design reviews conducted to finalise component requirements, PCB layouts & material specifications.
  3. GTK project manager transmits design brief to factory engineering team for review.
  4. Alternative components & materials recommended to ensure product reliability and compliance with relevant standards.

STAGE 2

  1. Alternative packaging options reviewed with the customer as part of the initial design process.
  2. Retail packaging required for this product.
  3. Packaging design concept sent to manufacturing location.

STAGE 3

  1. 3D Model submitted to customer for evaluation.
  2. Customer provides feedback and requests minor modifications.

STAGE 4

  1. Design finalised and engineering drawings provided to customer for approval.
  2. Customer approves and tooling build commences.

STAGE 5

  1. Packaging design proposal is submitted to the customer for approval.
  2. Customer approves and packaging tool build commences.

STAGE 6

  1. Product Prototypes built and sent to the customer for approval.
  2. Customer approves prototypes.

STAGE 7

  1. Product goes into production.
  2. Product kitted & packaged in one location.
  3. Product shipped to multiple worldwide customer locations.
